All Crew Figures hand-kneaded products are colored by artisans. They are not 3D scans or precision mechanical replicas. Handcrafted products naturally entail minor artifacts, microscopic bubbles, subtle tool indentations, or slight palette shifts during high-temperature baking or manual mixing. This defines the spirit and warmth of hand-craftsmanship; perfectionists are kindly asked to consider carefully before ordering.

📌 【不設退款與單方面終止機制】/ [No-Refund & Unilateral Termination Policy]
客製化商品具備專屬排他性，一旦下單並進入排程，一律不設任何理由之退款。如在製作或核對過程中，雙方因美感認知或修改標準產生嚴重分歧且無法達成共識，為免耽誤彼此時間，本公司保留主動單方面終止訂單並扣除 50% 材料與手工行政成本後退款的最终權利，後續亦不再受理該客戶之訂單。
Bespoke custom commodities carry exclusive singularity. Once an order enters production, no refunds are issued for any reason. If severe cognitive discrepancies regarding aesthetics or adjustment benchmarks emerge and reach a deadlock, our studio reserves the ultimate right to unilaterally terminate the order, deducting 50% to cover materials and labor overhead before refunding, to prevent mutual delays. Subsequent service requests from said client will be declined.

Bespoke delivery timelines scale dynamically with the frequency, complexity of requested edits, and the client's confirmation turnaround speed. Should recursive adjustments cause the product to miss the original target gifting date, our studio disclaims all liability and compensation claims regarding the delay.
