If you have specific requirements for the base or background, please explicitly state your concept and design upfront. Any details left unspecified will be styled at the professional discretion of CREW FIGURES without prior notice.

* Customers must explicitly state special requests. Changing specifications post-confirmation will incur administrative fees, and modifications requested after production has commenced will incur additional craftsmanship and material costs.

Production begins directly upon order confirmation. CREW FIGURES does not provide hand-drawn sketches to avoid unnecessary misinterpretations of details.

[Complimentary Fine-Tuning] Upon reaching the designated production stage or initial phase, you are entitled to 3 complimentary rounds of fine-tuning (except for specific materials/crafts, please refer to material-specific terms).

To ensure the structural integrity of the artwork and guarantee an on-time delivery, we highly recommend consolidating your feedback for each review cycle.

Each modification round requires a minimum of 1 working day, and the final timeline will extend dynamically. CREW FIGURES shall not be held liable for any delivery delays or associated losses resulting from additional modification rounds requested by the customer.

No cancellations or subsequent modifications are permitted once final approval is given or irreversible production processes have commenced.

Once an order for a personalized/custom-made product is placed, cancellations or refunds for any reason will not be accepted. All pieces are handcrafted, manually blended, or custom-processed; minor variations and artisanal/production imperfections are normal. We do not guarantee 100% replication of reference images. Perfectionists should consider carefully before ordering.

Termination Due to Lack of Consensus: If both parties fail to reach a mutual consensus regarding aesthetic/craftsmanship standards, additional fees for scope alterations, or feasible timelines during design or modification phases, CREW FIGURES reserves the ultimate right to unilaterally terminate the contract and issue a full refund. Upon refund, the agreement is cancelled, and CREW FIGURES shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from such termination.
